I have Actinic keratosis on my head @ Face due to sunstroke . My consultant said don't go out in the sun with maximum protection from the sun . If you must you wear a hat . If not use a complete sunscreen. My daughter is a GP AND FOUND Eucerin which is 100• SPV .. So I am delighted to use this and any other products you provide that helps.. Thanks HS
