Delivery Address and Payment Wallets
When placing an order, customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and up to date.
If you choose to use an accelerated payment service such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal, the delivery address may be automatically populated from the address saved within your payment account or digital wallet. The address provided by your payment wallet may therefore take priority over, or differ from, an address you have previously used with Face the Future.
Please be aware that:
- Shop Pay may store multiple delivery addresses within your Shop Pay wallet and may automatically select one of these addresses during the accelerated checkout process.
- Apple Pay provides the billing and delivery address stored within your Apple Wallet on your device.
- PayPal may provide the delivery address associated with your PayPal account at the time of purchase.
- Face the Future has limited control over the address information supplied to us by these third-party payment services and cannot amend or override the address supplied by your payment wallet once the order has been placed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and/or other payment account details, including your delivery address, are accurate and up to date before completing your purchase.
Please carefully review your delivery details before submitting your order. Face the Future cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address where the incorrect address was supplied or selected through a third-party payment wallet or payment service.
Where an order has been dispatched to the address provided at checkout, we may be unable to amend the delivery address or recall the parcel. Any additional costs incurred as a result of an incorrect address, including redelivery or return-to-sender charges, may be the responsibility of the customer.
