How to use:

Pour a capful into running water to create your natural bubble bath with essential oils
Soak for at least 10 minutes. Use some simple breathing techniques…breathing in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth for 11 seconds, helping you prepare for those extra ZZZ's.

Got this for my bestie’s Christmas, however I also have this too. This item is high quality, smells amazing & all round great to treat yourself when you want a soak in the tub with some really nice bubbles! Sure they are pricey, but I think life’s far too short to not treat yourself a little. Got this alongside the neom sleep candle for my besties Christmas so hopefully she can enjoy some relaxing self care, with a high end product!
